Meet our team
Ebony Davis is the Lead Consultant at Butler & Davis Consulting with over 15 yrs in project management, training, technical assistance, behavioral health, and working with high-risk populations. She is a graduate from the University of MD, Baltimore County with a BA in Psychology. She is also a graduate of the Univ. of Southern California where she received her Masters in both Social Work and Public Admin. She is dedicated to building pathways for disenfranchised communities to move up the social, political, and economic ladder. Her expert-led social work continuing education programs offer invaluable insights and strategies to enhance your knowledge and career.

Ms. Norma Bravo serves as our Clinical Consultant providing both direct services and programmatic support to agencies in the areas of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Oriented Recovery Services, Seeking Safety, Child- Parent Psychotherapy.
Ms. Bravo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and has over eight years of experience working in the greater Los Angeles area. Prior experiences include working with victims of crime, juveniles involved in the criminal justice system, and school-based programs. She received her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC). She is bilingual in Spanish, and in her free time she enjoys traveling.
